Expatriate's Pages

The need

The customer wanted to give her clients an additional channel to the presentations she gave as a consultant for intercultural exchanges and emigrations. The existing material needed to be organized for the Internet and especially easy to find and navigate for her clients. The site needed to be integrated into the network of related information available on the Internet and maintained regularly but infrequently.

The Solution

The Triphis team worked with the client to organize her documents in an intuitive manner and support her information with additional documents, images and links. The site didn't require any interactive sections other than an email capability. But the client needed an affordable maintenance program that would keep her site current, with little or no involvement from her.

The Result

Triphis' customer uses the Expatriate's pages as additional resource for her clients, even when they have already relocated. It has saved her many follow-up calls from her clients and bound them to her at the same time. The site has also attracted additional business and caused some of her articles to be published in the print media.
